Our core business focuses on carrying out specialized tasks such as:

  • supplying chemical products formulated for the treatment of thermal power systems, cooling circuits, closed circuits, reverse osmosis systems, and process equipment such as sterilisers, autoclaves, and pasteurisers
  • designing and constructing plants, systems and equipment for water pre-treatment
  • supplying bacteria and enzymatic bioactivators for wastewater treatment, as well as anti-odour solutions for controlling odours in civil and industrial sectors
  • conducting research and implementing action plans to prevent the spread of Legionnaires' disease
  • designing and supplying wastewater treatment plants, revamping existing systems, and implementing 3R water programmes
  • defining industrial sludge dewatering programmes
  • offering qualified technical services throughout the process of using or reusing technological water

2024

Launch of the company CRM to optimise customer management and internal processes. Research and development of new products: 5 for boilers and 2 for closed-loop systems. Initiation of the registration process for 9 Kosher-approved products. Official registration of the OneGar® and OraGen® trademarks. Inauguration of the new offices in Lainate and completion of the acquisition of the new warehouse. Achievement of the Silver EcoVadis certification, ranking in the top 15% of clients globally."

2022-23

Consolidation of growth through collaborations with prestigious brands and leading companies in their respective fields. Investments in key sectors such as logistics and training, including the establishment of a company Academy.

2020-21

Launch of the study, design, and production of proprietary water treatment products:

  • OneGar: A line of chemical products for water treatment.
  • OraGen: A bacterial enzyme line and bio-activators.
  • AgeNor: A line dedicated to detergents for the food sector.

2018-19

Investments in infrastructure, including the purchase of a logistics warehouse in Minerbio (BO), alongside continuous investments in personnel across all sales divisions.

2017

Vanni Ridolfi is appointed Chief Executive Officer of ORANGE srl.

ORANGE becomes the exclusive distributor for Italy of AQUALEAD formulations for water treatment, on behalf of SUEZ.

2016

Targeted investments strengthen the administrative department and the system maintenance division.

2015

BASF's IWM division is acquired by DEGREMONT/SUEZ.

ORANGE continues its collaboration with DEGREMONT/SUEZ.

New investments in infrastructure and personnel result in significant turnover growth.

2014

Investments in human resources through a targeted recruitment plan focused on professionalism and experience, leading to significant growth.

Merger by incorporation with G.B. srl, operating in Tuscany in the Industrial Water Management sector.

2011-13

Operations begin in Campania, focusing on the canning market and consolidating the water treatment market at a national level.

2009

CIBA S.C. is acquired by BASF.

ORANGE continues its cooperation with BASF and is also appointed as the official distributor of ZETAG brand products for the Waste Water division.

2007

The brothers Luca and Massimiliano Casati founded ORANGE srl.

Start of the collaboration with CIBA S.C.

ORANGE is appointed as the official distributor for Lombardy of the IRGATREAT product line for industrial water treatment.
